Purpose In the context of question how entrepreneurship education can contribute to entrepreneurial competency development, this paper aims outline deliberate practice (DP) method and showcase it be applied in education. To end, presents a learning innovation which DP improves competencies. Design/methodology/approach The describes an training participants, over seven-week period, learn about use approach develop aspect their choosing. Findings Evaluations show that participants find both short- long-term gains value having learnt development as well.
